WELLZEST
Terms of Use
The terms governing your use of WellZest.
Last updated: November 5, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the WellZest website, editorial content, digital rituals, product information, and inquiries submitted through wellzest.com. Additional terms may apply when you register for an event, purchase a product, join a paid program, or use a service operated by a separate provider.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these terms and applicable laws. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site. This website is intended for people who are at least 18 years old unless a particular program expressly permits younger participants with any required parent or guardian authorization. You must provide accurate information when submitting a form or entering a transaction.
2. What WellZest provides
WellZest publishes editorial stories, audio and video, information about cultural and wellness practices, experiences, rituals, and information about products or programs. Some features are previews or invitations to a waitlist rather than an immediate offer to sell. Product availability, pricing, experience details, and access conditions will be stated at the relevant checkout or booking point when offered.
We may reasonably update or discontinue features, subject to obligations for purchases or commitments already accepted.
3. Wellness information and personal responsibility
WellZest content is provided for general education, culture, and personal well-being. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, medical advice, or a substitute for a qualified health professional. We do not establish a patient-provider relationship by publishing content or receiving a general website inquiry.
Health and wellness practices can have risks, especially for people who are pregnant, have medical conditions, take medication, have allergies or skin sensitivity, or experience mobility limitations. Review product instructions, ingredients, contraindications, and any applicable safety information. Seek appropriate professional guidance before trying a practice when needed. Stop an activity that causes an adverse reaction. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Any health-advisor or specialized service introduced in the future may have additional professional qualifications, service descriptions, consent documents, and privacy protections. Nothing on this website guarantees a medical outcome.
Health-advisor services and sensitive information
If WellZest introduces personal health-advisor matching, coaching, or other individually tailored services, those services may be governed by additional agreements, disclosures, or consent requirements provided at enrollment. Unless a particular provider expressly represents otherwise, general website content and rituals are educational and experiential and do not create a clinician-patient relationship.
Do not submit emergency, diagnostic, prescription, or detailed health information through our public contact and marketing forms. Seek qualified medical care for medical questions and emergency services for urgent situations. Any future health-related data service will require a separate privacy and security assessment appropriate to the service, including applicable federal and state requirements.
4. Events, experiences, and participation
Event availability, locations, schedules, age requirements, accessibility options, refund policies, cancellation terms, and any participation conditions will be provided with the specific event offering or booking confirmation. Events may involve physical, social, sensory, or outdoor activities. Participants must follow reasonable venue and safety instructions and disclose relevant accommodation needs through the designated channel.
In-person or third-party experiences may be operated by separate hosts, venues, or providers under their own terms. We are responsible for our own obligations and remain subject to consumer rights and duties that cannot legally be waived. An event-specific informed-consent or participation document may be required when appropriate.
5. Products, orders, subscriptions, and refunds
Images, descriptions, and availability may change. An order is subject to the final price, taxes, shipping, service conditions, and product details shown at checkout and confirmed by the seller. A waitlist or inquiry is not a confirmed purchase, seat, or reservation.
Where WellZest directly sells a product or program, the applicable checkout terms will describe payment timing, delivery, returns, cancellations, and refunds. We will honor the terms presented at purchase and all nonwaivable consumer protections. Nothing in these terms creates a nonrefundable purchase where a specific checkout has not disclosed that condition.
If recurring billing is offered in the future, the checkout must clearly disclose the amount, frequency, renewal and cancellation mechanics, and any legally required consent and reminders. This website’s current inquiry and newsletter forms do not themselves create a paid subscription.
6. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to compromise site security, scrape data in violation of applicable law, disrupt service, impersonate another person, submit malicious code or unlawful material, infringe intellectual property rights, or misuse another person's information. We may restrict access for material misuse, subject to applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, WellZest branding, articles, designs, photography, video, audio, graphics, website content, and other original materials are owned by WellZest or used under permission. Trademarks and logos may not be copied or used to suggest sponsorship or affiliation without authorization. You may access and share publicly available links for personal, noncommercial use while preserving attribution and legal notices. Other reproduction, commercial distribution, or derivative use requires permission or a legal exception.
8. Submissions and communications
You retain ownership of original materials you submit through our site. By voluntarily submitting content for an inquiry or proposed collaboration, you grant us a limited right to review, store, and share it internally or with service providers as necessary to respond to that submission. A separate written agreement is required before we acquire exclusive ownership or broader commercial rights in creative work. Do not submit confidential business proposals or sensitive personal information without a suitable agreement or designated secure channel.
9. Third-party platforms and links
Our pages may link to, embed, or describe services, media, destinations, venues, or products provided by others. Such third-party services may have separate terms, privacy policies, safety requirements, and transaction arrangements. An editorial reference or external link does not guarantee a provider’s services, results, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Site availability and warranties
We use reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, current, and accessible. Editorial perspectives, dates, pricing references, locations, and availability can change. To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided without a guarantee of continuous availability, error-free operation, or a particular wellness result. Nothing in these terms disclaims a warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to disclaim.
11. Liability and legal limits
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, WellZest and its service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of general website content or an interruption in website access. This limitation does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, personal injury to the extent protected by law, or violations of mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing here limits a party’s liability for paid goods or services beyond what a legally enforceable transaction agreement and applicable law allow. The rights and remedies available for a particular purchase or event depend on its specific agreement and governing law.
12. Disputes and governing law
Questions or concerns about website content or a service should first be sent through Contact WellZest so we can attempt a practical resolution. Except where mandatory local law provides otherwise, disputes concerning these website terms are governed by the laws of California, without applying conflict-of-law principles. Courts with proper jurisdiction may hear disputes consistent with applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a right to bring claims where protected by law.
13. Changes, severability, and contact
We may update these terms as our services evolve. We will post the revised version and its effective date; material changes will receive additional notice when law requires. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful. The failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive it generally.
