WELLZEST
Accessibility
Making WellZest easier to experience.
Last updated: November 5, 2026
WellZest wants everyone to be able to explore our stories, products, and experiences. Accessibility is part of how we develop and maintain our digital experience.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a reference for improving the website. We work to support keyboard navigation, meaningful alternatives for images, readable text and contrast, visible focus indicators, and accessible forms. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and this statement is not a certification that every page or third-party integration fully conforms to WCAG.
Known variables and third-party content
Some linked services, externally hosted media, or embedded video players may have accessibility behavior outside our direct control. We review what we can and prioritize accessible alternatives when problems are reported. Certain visual and interactive features may behave differently depending on your browser, device, assistive technology, and settings.
Request assistance or report a barrier
If you have difficulty accessing any information, navigating a form, or requesting a product or experience, please use Contact WellZest and choose Accessibility Support. Describe the page or feature, what happened, and the format or assistance you need. We will review the issue and work with you on a reasonable accessible alternative when possible.
For event accessibility, mention accommodation requirements when you inquire or register, so available arrangements can be discussed before the experience.
Ongoing work
We periodically review content, navigation, forms, and media for improvements. We welcome practical reports that help make WellZest easier to use for everyone.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as a design reference. An accessibility statement does not replace ongoing testing with assistive technology or a process for responding to barriers.
